Clubrooms for Hire

The Ruahine AFC clubrooms have been tidied up and are currently being hired out to corporate, community or sports groups as a meeting venue.  NOTE: FACILITIES WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR 21st BIRTHDAYS etc.

Facilities include:

• Tables and plenty of chairs for different meeting/presentation formats
• Modernised Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Water Boiler and Microwave
• Heat Pump unit
• White Board
• Large 65" Smart TV for Presentations (HDMI and USB inputs) - includes access to Freeview and Internet Browsing
• Carpeted meeting space
• Plenty of on-street free parking (no time limit)
• Bathroom facilities include two toilets
• Tidy,warm, comfortable and presentable facilities​

It's a fantastic venue for work meetings!  Special hire rates may be available for community groups.

Please do not be offended if we choose not to hire the facilities to you for a particular purpose.  We do have strict controls as good stewards of the clubrooms and in being a good neighbour, and the facilities may not be suitable for your intended purpose.
